Jonathan Koster is an original Founder of QUS Group. As CEO, he is responsible for leading the operations, vision and strategy of the firm. Jonathan’s background includes twenty five years of real estate investing, developing, managing and leading institutional portfolio properties.
David West
David West is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with QUS Group. David is responsible for the overall vision, growth and strategy of the firm. David has over twenty five years of experience building and leading teams in real estate development, large construction companies and emerging technology cloud software companies.
Krystin Hamlett
As the Chief Marketing Officer, Krystin focuses on bringing clarity and awareness to the QUS Group’s brand and working to sharpen communications for both existing and future clients. Through Marketing, Krystin works to not only win business, but to enhance collaboration, communication, forward-thinking, client-focus, established values, intelligence, and humor.
Chuck Maretzky
Chuck Maretzky is the Chief Revenue Officer with QUS Group. Chuck is responsible for driving the companies revenue both threw organic growth and acquisition. Chuck has over 20 years experience building and leading teams. Most recently with Reindeer Energy Partners a privately held company and investment partnership responsibilities including driving revenue and acquiring and divesting mineral and royalty interest in Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas. Chuck has held leadership positions in the commercial real estate space most recently with California Coastal Properties. Past President Dallas Young Professionals In Energy.
Gerry Metzler
Gerry Metzler is our Strategic Advisor with over 35 years of experience. He brings the highest level of management consulting services to clients across many industries. During his consulting career with IBM’s Global Consulting Business he led transformational programs including the $1B State Of Texas Smart Meter Project. Gerry has served on the board of CCET (Center of Commercialization of Electric Technologies). Gridwise Alliance Cyber - security and the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Graduate Northwestern University.
Jeff Ray
Jeff Ray is the Vice President Energy Services with QUS Group. Jeff is responsible for project management , sourcing and delivery of energy savings projects, retrofitting, energy conservation, energy infrastructure, power management and risk management projects.
